I hope the series succeeds and I absolutely love the title.
Whilst I'm not Millar's greatest fan I do enjoy his work and I love how he has this knack for making things happen!
I live in the UK and I'll definitely be buying this at my Tesco's and telling my friends they should too!
I grew up with a strong comics scene over here (mainly Eagle, Battle, 2000ad and The Beano!) but it has died in recent years. Lets hope this has a trickle effect down through the market and revives comics as a valid leisure read rather than an obscure hobby.
Not a bad idea overall, but... I'm sure the lettering of that title looked much cleverer in his head.

I've pretty much hated everything Mark Millar's done since Superman: Red Son, so would I be a whore if I was thinking about submitting something?
Just come up with an idea that mocks legions of comics fans and he'll greenlight the story in heartbeat.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
And either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives.
The mag is a good idea, but some of his characters are straight rip-offs. He doesn't even bother to deny it and instead uses that fact to promote his books. Nemesis = Batman+The Joker and Superior = Superman + Marvel Comics.
I think he's brilliant.
The logo for Mark Millar's CLiNT looks a lot like the word....wait a minute...Mark Millar you devil!
