Has Bill Willingham ever worked at Marvel before?
I've generally found his superhero stuff very deficient compared to Fables, which is superlative, but Thor-related stuff has a good dose of myth/fable about it, so maybe he'll be suited to it moreso than, say, Robin.

I'll go ahead and date myself and say that the last Willingham superhero stuff I read was Elementals.
Well, Warriors Three isn't superhero stuff and I'm glad to see Willingham on these characters. Willingham is doing a fantastic job on Angel.
