Though it will be his third comics-to-film adaptation, comics creator Mark Millar didn't try hard to land his supervillain serial "Nemesis" with major director Tony Scott - it just kind of happened that way.

LMAO; wow.
You know his costume is going to change.
He probably wont have one at all.
Wait.... how fast are we getting news of his reverse superman comic being turned into a movie?
That has to be coming up.

When is the release date?
Look at all the projects Tony Scott has in development, announced, in production, and pre-production:
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001716/
23 films in total! Nemesis makes 24! CBR, please ask Mark Millar what year the film is going to be released. It looks like never, sadly.
this is a bit ridiculous. there's only been two issues out? and people already wanna make it in a film? and it was decent. kick-ass was much better in my opinion.
I agree, Kick-Ass was better than Nemesis. But Superior looks good. The only way that a Superior film will get made though is if Nemesis does HUGE at the box office because it would need the big budget of a Superman film.
Did you notice if production of the Nemesis film begins soon, it will be released around the time of Christopher Nolan's the Dark Knight sequel (The Dark Knight sequel has been confirmed for a July 20, 2012 release date.)
Nemesis film versus Nolan's Dark Knight sequel
Which film will win?*
*Rhetorical question
Somehow I have a feeling Mark Millar wrote this knowing it would be a movie.
But I could be wrong.
I keep seeing this in regards to Millar movies and he really doesn't need to.Yup. It's great that Millar has studio guys just jumping on whatever he does!
I'm almost expecting a movie project titled "Shelves" now!
PLENTY of movies get the greenlight based on a treatment (plot outline) alone. It is nothing new.
And this allows for more imput by Millar into the script since it won't be the hackjob of someone trying to loosely adapt complete source material.
KICK-ASS was a much better movie (imo) and adaption (objectively) than Wanted because Millar's imput was critical to every stage of the scrreenwriting process.
Tone down the fanboyism, people. This is a good thing if you're such fervent fans of the comic.
The movies tend to be better than his comics anyways.
