why don't we take a week and to some inventory of the books we wanna trade i'd like a 50-60 comic trade...kinda keep the postage down in stead of small packages

i pretty much have all my comics in order by company, alphabetically, then numerical. i can it done by sunday or monday

Good idea, Dogwelder. Can someone post a short description of how to use Dropbox? I think that may be the best way to share.

i just watched this video...it seems like a nice way to share your files between your computers at work and home or wherever......but if you have a flash drive that would do just as well.

With dropbox, though, you can share your files with everybody.

It's quite simple; there's a folder in dropbox called "Public." You just put your file in there and when you right click on it, it provides a link so anybody can download it (select dropbox -> copy public link).

I don't have a list at the moment of what I have available for trade, however.

Just got a package of lovely four color adventures of the likes of Tarzan, Flash Gordon, Conan, Corum and Cormac mac Art from Scott Harris. No photo at the moment but a shout out of thanks to Scott for some fun books.

#55 (from Dell)-instantly became the oldest comic I own...
#188 & 196 from Gold Key
#210, 217 and 228 (DC) all three with gorgeous Kubert covers, and I have been on a big Kubert kick lately so loved seeing those

Conan the Barbarian
105, 215, 216, Annual 3

Cormac mac Art (Dark Horse)
2, 3 (I totally missed these Robert E. Howard adaptations when they came out so this was my first glimpse of them, and they look good)

Flash Gordon (DC)
1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 (I vaguely remember Jurgens version as fun but not overly faithful and had been curious to reread it, and had tracked down only #2 late last year, now thanks to Scott I am only missing 1)

Chronicles of Corum
4, 6-11 (Moorcock featuring Mignola covers on all, Mignola interiors inked by Kelly Jones on a handful of issues and Guice with Jones one some of the later-with another artist mixed in here and there (Ken Hooper). Mike Baron did the adaptation except for the last few issues.

So all in all some great stuff here and once again thanks to Scott.

Ok detailing the goodies that arrived today....

From Roquefort Raider:
Conan the Barbarian #92 (this adpats the L. Sprague de Camp and Lin Carter story entitled "The Thing in the Crypt, which is the first prose Conan story I ever read as it is the first story in the first Ace paperback Conan collection, which was my first Conan book. Excited to read this adaptation).

Savage Sword of Conan: 77, 114, 119, 143, 144, 159, 160, 166, 168, 169, 182, and 192

over in the From the Sorcerer's Scroll thread were were talking about Jusko covers, and 4 of these 12 feature Jusko covers.

my favorite of the Jusko covers was this one from #143



but may favorite overall cover of the bunch was this one from #114



as I am a huge fan of the imagery of the Vedic and Hindu deities.

From Aaron King the goodies included

Adam Stange (Planet Heist) #1-8 by Andy Diggle and Pasqual Ferry
Kobra #1 (more Kirby goodness)
and Master of Kung Fu 27, 57, and 125, moving me just a tad closer to completing that run, but I still have a little ways to go.

Thanks again to both of these fine gentlemen for adding to the comic joy in my life.
