Giggity!
I would love if DNA would revisit the Keystone Quadrent and Halfworld in this mini.

DNA, I am on board.
" It's a story of all-out war where the protagonists must face down the inhabitants of the "Cancerverse," a twisted mirror image version of the Marvel Universe where the forces of life have run amok. DnA cautions fans against thinking the announcement of the "Rocket Raccoon & Groot" miniseries means that the titular characters will survive the events of "The Thanos Imperative." "One of the things that we want to make quite clear about 'The Thanos Imperative' is that all bets are off! Anything can happen in that series because it is about the fate of the universe and no character is safe!" Abnett said. "So there's a distinct possibility that all the members of the Guardians of the Galaxy will bite the dust in 'The Thanos Imperative,' but this Rocket and Groot adventure may be a sidebar, or something that's happening tangentially, or at an earlier time. It is still a part of continuity and moves things forward but not perhaps in the most obvious way."

I did not care for Green's work on that Starlord mini. Hopefully he's improved since then.

Truthfully, I'd rather Rocket and Cosmo, but i'm good with this:)
Static Pulse: That's why I like you. You're like four degrees away from being a William Gibson protagonist.
I thought Green's work was great -- a good eye for detail, and he conveys a sense of "this is truly an alien setting" vibe.
Getting a bad feeling about the GotG team in Thanos Imperative though.
Great news. Green's art is great. Also, for the first time, Lanning's answers made it seem like the cosmic books might be coming back after The Thanos Imperative.
This was probably pretty much the only thing I was excited about from yesterday's Mondo Marvel panel. Rocket Raccoon and Groot are two of my favourite characters to have risen from obscurity in the last few years. I'm totally on board for this.

I would be willing to bet that Cosmo shows up as well.
"That was the ebb. Pray I do not demonstrate my mastery over the flow."
Great news.
Just hoping for a Drax title to be announced now.
I'm definitely on board for this mini, but still very annoyed about the "indefinite hiatus" for GotG and Nova. Both books were top-notch and gaining in popularity--and even if characters from those books are appearing in The Thanos Imperative and will be in the Groot/RR mini, letting the main books vanish pretty much kills any momentum the books had built up. Readers who may have been considering checking them out will now look at the Groot/RR mini as, "Wow, they're trying this again after cancelling their other book? Lame."

the cover looks too much like those old hell boy covers. at least color the thing differently/
Hi, my name is Peter Parker and I make satanic pacts with demons..I shall not buy Amazing Spider-Man until the marriage returns. Be a part of the movement.
I'm all for it. Frankly I'd like to see some background just how Rocket got capturd at the beginning of the Starlord series anyway. He's one of those few characters that had a history of his own (old 80s 4 parter) and frankly I've been wondering what happened to his ship, crew, and the sector of space he was in charge of patroling.
Though I do hope Cosmo is in there because they have a every good and humorous dynamic going on between the two.
