An evening time slot might feel a bit better to me as well. But it seems to have done well in Mornings so I don't see the need to switch it up. Granted I watch it on the Nick site anyway.
It did fine ratings wise, it drew an average of 4.3 million viewers per episode. That was the highest audience total for an animated series in the U.S. in 2012. That pretty darn good for a Saturday morning slot show.*
And its schedule was fine as well, it only had a one week gap/break between episode due to Memorial Day weekend, during which nearly all animated shows did not run premiers.
