I just wondered because I kind of got the impression that Korra's first season didn't do that well. It seemed like it got moved around alot in the schedule and then would be gone for long periods.

I think it stayed in the same time slot for its whole run BUT that time slot might not have been the best for the show. I think they should have used it as a prime time show rather than a saturday morning cartoon.

An evening time slot might feel a bit better to me as well. But it seems to have done well in Mornings so I don't see the need to switch it up. Granted I watch it on the Nick site anyway.

It did fine ratings wise, it drew an average of 4.3 million viewers per episode. That was the highest audience total for an animated series in the U.S. in 2012. That pretty darn good for a Saturday morning slot show.*
And its schedule was fine as well, it only had a one week gap/break between episode due to Memorial Day weekend, during which nearly all animated shows did not run premiers.
