While I'll miss Marco Rudy's artwork when depicting the Shield, I look forward to seeing where they are going with "Mighty Crusaders" . Poor Fly Girl. I get the very solid feeling she'd rather be 'shipped' with anybody by the Web :)

What's the deal with Marco Rudy, by the way? I haven't seen a lot announced for him yet. I know he was doing a fill in on this or that somewhere, but he's too good an artist to let lie fallow.

Oop, nevermind, just checked his Deviant Art page, apparently he's on Superman/Batman for the forseeable future. Not super thrilled with that as it's not a title I pick up, but might be decent, depending on the writer.

Also, Julian Lopez is great, with more than a little Alan Davis in there, but I'll be shocked if he completes this mini series. I don't think he's ever had a consecutive run of more than an two or three issues.

Mighty Crusaders looks like it could be a lot of fun. I didn't realize the U.S. President in the DC Universe was Hispanic. That's pretty cool. Was that a result of the DCU Decisions mini-series or something?

Yup. President Suarez was introduced in Decisions; he's also appeared, briefly, in JSA Vs. Kobra. Because, apparently, it's my function to place him in jeopardy. :P
