I went with Damian, even though I dislike him and would probably (attempt) to break his nose in real life. Right before he disemboweled me with his pinky...
He's probably the most high-profile creation, and definitely has staying power. He ain't gonna be retconned or sent off to limbo anytime soon.
I'm going to have to go with Damian Wayne. What sealed the deal for me was his actions in the latest issue of Batman and Robin. His character growth since his first appearance has been great to read.
I have to give it to Flex Mentallo followed by the members of the Brotherhood of Dada and I love Seaguy. Damian Wayne, Dr. Hurt and Clown at Midnight Joker are awesome, I also love his Asian superteams but his earlier and more off beat stuff get my vote
Son of the Bat.
Conceptually, yeah, it's probably his strongest/weirdest idea ever (rivaled only by other things explored/introduced during that Doom Patrol run).
But it's hard to argue that "Danny" was developed even to the level of Mr. Nobody, much less to the degree that we've seen Damien Wayne and Crazy Jane develop.
So many characters to pick from. Mr Six, Jim Crow, Lord Fanny, Mr Nobody, Flex Mentallo, the Manhattan Guardian, the girl from Kill Your Boyfriend and Noh-Varr all spring to mind... I can't settle on a single character right now, sorry.
Noh-Varr Reviews: The Silence of Our Friends by Mark Long, Jim Demonakos, and Nate Powell.
I think Aztek is one of his (and Mark Millar's along with N. Steven Harris) creation because there has been a most original superhero with a unique background until the Great Ten.
Can't believe I'm the first to say Klarion the Witchboy. I know there was an earlier version, but the Morrison version is a full reboot....
Can we count The Bride (of Frankenstein)?

Crazy Jane without a doubt.
