Great cover. I was listening to the National song "Sorrow" when I saw it and it totally clicked.
So basically, this cover is underscoring what we saw in the flashback from issue #605, in that because of the ever-growing dominance of "Spider-Man" in MJ and Peter's life, she just couldn't take it anymore and said, "Enough is enough!"
Of course, in order to make her frustration more complete, she needs to say:
