Yep. Doesn't get much more clear a feat than that - no precog to help her, nothing.

Okay, so as of now I'll tentatively class Elektra as a bullet-timer. She has the feats, and it fits with her characterization (superhuman ninja-type who already does stuff like punch through people with her bare hands).

Edit for Clarification: This also takes into account Elektra's other speedfeats and bullet-time feats, including those of Elektra: Assassin. The events of the miniseries have been referenced in other Marvel works, and the participating characters have also shown up. It seems the miniseries is meant to be part of Elektra canon.

if anyone saw the dark reign elektra series, she dodged a bullet in that one from maybe 20 feet away just by tilting her head, standing still and not running or anything. i think the reason giving is that the shooter telegraphs his intentions by the movements of his fingers/arm/eyes.
