Damn it. So, I guess those that used to browse the site on their desktops / notebooks but don't have an iPad nor a PSP are screwed, eh?

In other words, expect a trickle of new content to the few folks that bother with those niche apps until Zuda completely fades from view. And scene.

I hope that DC does a good one for all the men and women who are putting out good work for them.

There's so many good Zuda comics, even for free, I simply couldn't read them all.

I just spent my entire lunch break at work writing about Zuda. I'll likely spend all evening as well.

You mean the potential 3 million iPad owners (which seems to increase an extra million each month), the potential 37+ million iPhone/iTouch owners and the potential 50+ million PSP owners?

All of those people aren't current Supertron readers.

For example, there are nearly 300 million people living in the United States. All "potential" comic book readers. Yet and still, comics regularly sell in the tens of thousands, even the lower thousands.

where are you getting those numbers? are those just in the U.S., or worldwide? Because, do you know what percentage 50 million is of 3 billion?? and, some of your 37 million iPhone and 50 million PSP are going to be overlap

It depends on whether DC will also let comiXology sell/view them on their online store like their other digital comics.

Well I guess is why they wouldn't respond to me about my password/account issues. Sad to hear it go.

I'm not sure what point you think I was making, but my intention was to mock the fact that it was labeled as niche. Plus, you still have access to the comics online as well, so really these comics are just getting more prominently displayed.

Spare me the insanely ludicrous and completely specious marketing shill. Cutting off the website and going to NICHE distribution sounds like the faint bugle call of "Taps".

I don't have an ipad. Psp is too small to be fun. Let's confront this: DC wants to kill again.

Actually, the Zuda comics that are being folded into DC digital will be available on Comixology.com and eventually DCcomics.com.

Uh... what? How is it niche when it will still be on the internet (plus gaming devices, cellphones and tablets, that's what we call expansion by the way)? Marketing shill? I'm just calling you out on your incorrect information.

I know, I know, it's the internet and everyone wants to be pissed about things changing, I don't mind that, but at least get our facts straight and don't make BS comments...

The "wild" internet is not the same as the "app-centric" internet.

I could go to Zuda from any machine, but I can't access these works now without an iPad or a PSP. I have a PSP, personally, but that's just ME. Not nearly as universal as a webpage.

So why would an entity make a move toward LESS coverage?

The answer is pretty obvious. And heartbreaking.
