Looks good, but I wish it wasn't bi-monthly. (Gross.)

This looks amazing, but does anyone know when it's set? We've got Iron Man's old armor and Steves wearing the Captain America suit for some reason. Seems a little off or something.

I believe this is set now. After Siege. They gave Cheung ample amount of time to draw this, and at that point the plot points of their costumes hadn't been hashed out. Marvel said this should be remedied by issues 4 or 5.

It's set in the present. There are some inconsistencies because Cheung started drawing it ages ago, before the current Iron Man redesign and everything else.

Heinberg mentions it in this interview: http://www.comicbookresources.com/?p...ticle&id=25813

This looks great! Sucks that it's bi-monthly.

Brevoort and Heinberg have stated that because this has been in production for awhile, work was being done before they knew what Iron Man and Cap's new roles or looks would be. It is just something we will have to gloss over, though I think they said they would try to explain it within the story.

Not to hate on Cheung, but it's weird to me that a company like Marvel will go so far out of their way to accommodate him. It's bi-monthly and he started this several months ago? You couldn't get someone who can keep up with a more conventional, professional work schedule?

I acknowledge that I may not be informed of some kind of personal life issue or something that can make me look like a jerk right now.

Looks very good. I'll harp on the bi-monthly thing just like everyone else here, but I'll still probably end up buying the whole thing. The YA look great, and it's nice that they are actually using the Bishop Publishing hide-out for once.

The single-page spread with Wiccan having something of a "no more mutants" moment (I'm guessing) is brilliant.

I liked Cheung before but that single page is by far the best I've ever seen him do.

Looks phenomenal so far. I can't wait for it to start.

Yeah, it sucks that it's Bi-Monthly. And will take 18 months to finish.

But maybe like with Avengers Prime, they'll get ahead of schedule and switch to monthly at some point.

I don't think we'll notice the bi-monthly thing, well at least i don't think i will. i havent noticed it yet on SHIELD. If it was the Main Avengers book and it was bi-monthly, then i think i might notice.

Cheung's art is great, and welll worth the wait. he has this great ability to make the YA look yong, even the vision. His armour isn't the best though, can't wait to see his work with Tony's new set up.

Can't wait to see this lettered, some of these panels are relly going to pop with AH's dialogue!
