Does anybody know what comes first in Marvel continuity, the Revengers arc or Spider-Island, because New Avengers Annual came out before Spider-Island with Anti-Venom, but then Eddie loses the symbiote in Spider-Island. But the next issue featuring the Revengers will come out in 2012.
Any opinions?![]()

Those are some good covers, though those with "sinner" instead of "winner" is so 90's it is painful.
Sinner #1 was actually the first Venom solo comic that I ever saw, back in 95. I thought it was so awesome and intense at the time (although I almost didn't recognize Eddie with his long hair). It does show its age, but it's probably one of the better Venom stories (too many of them were based on crossovers.

I don't like how he did Venom with Brock (though his take on the #316 comic is amazing), but Humberto Ramos' depiction of the Venom symbiote is amazing:

That last one is pretty nice, even if you did post the picture twice. Still, it does seem as though a lot of fans want to see Mary Jane bonded with the Venom symbiote just for the creepy sexiness that would entail. Who's the artist for this one, by the way?

I think it's Ramos. And crap, I didn't mean to post it twice. I thought I'd put in another picture!
Edit: I fixed it.

Still love the classic...
Actually, I really liked ASM #300, where both Spider-Man and Venom were wearing the same suits....
Thanks. And I can see Ramos's signature now that I've looked closer. I guess I was just so caught up in the whole "Mary Jane unwillingly bonding with Venom" scenario that I forgot to look for the signature. Heh. And I like the Spider-Man vs. Venom pictures, although from the looks of things, they'd be better called the "Venom tries to do nasty, nasty things to Spider-Man and Spidey's not going for it" pictures. Then again, considering the symbiote's canonical twisted love for Spidey, that supposition isn't so far off.
