I should start off by saying I hated MPH#s1 and 2 and was on the counter argument side of the articles conclusion.

While I didn't agree with the topics I thought it was a good read and look forward to other topics and other debates. So far I don't believe a #3 has been made.

I think it would be a good time to review the Carol Danvers Rape

That one with Ms. Marvel is simply stupid, how can a guy be his own father? The Terminator has something stupid too about the origin of John Connors being the son of a guy younger than he is, but this son of Ms. Marvel take it to a way higher level of stupidity

In that one about the Hulk it was a mistake to make Gay Rapists? The world has a lot of rapists, Homo & Heterosexual type, even one of the colleagues of the main guy in "The Guardian" was raped by Homosexual Guy Rapists

The article by Strickland makes some decent points on the horrible story of Avengers #200. But it completely falls apart and shows...she hasn't really followed Wonder Woman or Black Canary at all. I mean ...

Black Canary is less than a shadow of her man, the ultra-macho Green Arrow

Really ? Is this what you say about the character as she stars in her own series Birds of Prey ?

The hatred of Green Arrow and Hawkeye is also weird from the writer ...

. But look at this carefully-chosen audience: Hawkeye -- Marvel's answer to the neanderthal Green Arrow, a psychological sickie (catch his last act with Death Bird).He probably gets a kick out of Ms. Marvel's Getting Her Due.

Death Bird has to be Mockingbird here. Pretty funny to see the anger in the storyline Shooter wrote (which sucked...make no mistake..it sucked) go to the male characters. That they themselves did this.

In all I think its was an overall good article. She is right the storyline sucked. But it seems like she last read comics in the 1990's and doesn't know the characters now.
