Does the guy who played Tony Soprano have to give his rights to people to use his likeness (Shuddertown)? i've always wondered how that works, or if it's okay if you call the character by a different name. Fade to Black and Dragon look good.

Some people have sued over likeness. Most people don't care or are flattered by it. Sting was cool with John Constantine but Amy Grant's management wasn't cool about that whole Dr. Strange cover thing.

I think the Walking Dead #73 is out this week too, although it doesn't say it in this press release.
