"Well, that's it's point exactly, it is the celebration of when milk goes off big time stylie." -- Stephen Frye, on the subject of cheese from an episode of Qi
"It's the first rule of Space! Don't sleep with Space Vampires!!!!" -- Rallura
"I'm not gay...I'm bisexual, there's a difference!" Bruce from Christopher Durang's Beyond Therapy
Hands down, Robert Preston. The man had a great sense of timing and humor in his movies and I've lost track of the number of times I've watched Victor/Victoria just to hear his version of 'The Shady Dame from Seville.'
Phil Hartman. Such a shame.
"'Kirby got a shitty contract too, so get over it' isn't a great tagline."

J.T. Walsh. The guy made an excellent sinister character, whether on the side of the protagonist or not. The economics behind the rights issues preventing the release of Dark Skies need to get resolved so this guy can live on forever as Captain Frank Bach, United States Navy.

Many people havent heard of him, but I miss John Morgan. A comedic genius without equal. For those who dotn know who I am talking about, John Morgan was an actor and comedian from Wales, who was best known for his work in Canada, particularly the troupe "Royal Canadian Air Farce". When he was there it was awesome, and it went downhill fast once he left.
here are some examples of his acting

some may seem dated
Heath Ledger as The Joker literally made me want to BECOME an actor after seeing his performance. I never did pursue it, But it was exhilarating.
"You can't trust them as poets either. The true poet is anonymous, as to his habits, but these boys have to look, act, and apparently smell like poets"
Flannery O'Connor on the beats.
YES. He's one of the ones I miss a great deal.
Gilda Radner, John Candy & John Belushi as well. Belushi, particularly, because he never got a chance to show his full range and had a much shorter career. His fault, yes, but I wonder what we would have if he hadn't died so early.
Edward Woodward, of Equalizer fame.
Natasha Richardson who was just luminous on-screen. Her sister, Joely, is currently in the Tudors and they look so much alike and the camera treats them similarly. I think Natasha gave off more natural warmth, though it could be the role. (Queen Katherine, the seventh and the one wife who survived Henry VIII.)
Corrina Lawson: Writer, Mom, Geek & Superhero.
Phoenix Rising, a superhero adventure, coming in November.
Robert Shaw.
Every time I watch Jaws, I think how sad it was that he died so soon after the movie. AT least he had one role that will be remembered for a very long time.

Toshiro Mifune.
Also agree about John Candy, Phil Hartman and the other great comedians mentioned already.
Smoke me a kipper, skipper.
John Candy. I can't think of a movie he has done that I don't love.
