A damn shame to see Gillen go, he really got me into Thor, and made me care about the supporting cast more than I had expected I would.

I'm torn. I love what Kieron's been doing, but that art looks amazing and Fraction's synopsis sounds exciting. If only there was a way to clone Ferry so that he can draw books for both of them.....

I haven't picked up Thor on a monthly basis in years and was hoping to with the new creative team, but another $3.99 title isn't in the budget so I'll probably continue with the trades.

That said, the preview art is beautiful!

Ferry is a great artist. He's pretty good making otherwordly stuff, particularly the sci-fi elements. It'll be interesting to see how he handles Thor.

I'm going to trade wait this, but I expect it to be good. Fraction has done good work all around.

When can I expect the story about it being delayed to January?

I love this book but it has quite possibly had the most price changes I have ever seen. JMS's run started off at $2.99 a book. Then came issue 600 at $4.99 and the rest of JMS's run was $3.99 a book. The giant sized finale was solicited at $4.99 but ended up coming out at $3.99. Gillen's run started off at $2.99 but the last few issues have been solicited as $3.99. The first issue to be solicited at $3.99 was actually $2.99 when it hit the stands. I'm hoping it'll be the same way with the rest of Gillen's run.
