Spidey and Wolverine deserve to be on the team.

I really don't see the big deal about the Avengers' big three. Cap's okay, but not a favorite. I was never a fan of Iron Man until the movie. And I find other godly characters (like, say, Hercules) far more entertaining than Thor.

I'm not against Spider-Man being an Avenger in theory. However, I find that Spidey's kind of annoying when in large groups of super-heroes. All he does is bounce around and make annoying wisecracks (and I usually like wisecracks). If he did something else as an Avenger, I'd be fine with it.

Jarvis is born and raised in New York City...

    And...

Spider-Man and Wolverine should have been Avengers years earlier...

The team works better without Steve Rogers, Iron Man, and Thor...

The Busiek-Perez run was waaaay overrated...

They should have a gay member whose outing wasn't a possibly non-canon and very sophomoric joke by Slott...

the only opinion i have is with the portrayal of hawkeye during dark reign when he wanted to kill norman.I know he was mad about the whole situation but heres a guy that when he found out his own wife let phantom rider fall to his death after she was kidnapped, drugged and abused by him. flippped out kicked her off the west coast team and divorced her. and now he says normans gotta die. To me thats kinda turning the character on his ear.Not a really big problem but to me it kinda strays from what hes all about.

Wolverine should never, ever have become an Avenger. Period.

The reasons given for him joining the team were laughable and it just does not fit with the way the character was written for the decades before he joined.

Just to be clear, the reasons given for him joining:

    1) For the money : Makes no sense, he can get free room and board at the Mansion any time he wants, while living with the only people he actually cares about and helping them in their fight against oppression.

    2) To help rebuild his public image : Seriously? This is Wolverine here, not Spider-Man. Logan has never given a crap about what anyone thought of him, let alone the general public. The only people whose opinion he might care about are his closest teammates on the X-Men, not Joe Q. Public.

Now, do I enjoy his interactions with some of the others? Sure, I like Wolverine and it is interesting to see how he handles some of his teammates. That doesn't change the fact that the reasoning given was as terrible as the whole "Disassembled" garbage before it.

Yeah, I know, it's a real shame. Wolverine is one of my favorites actually, but his showings are so inconsistent regarding both is power set and his personality.

I have never seen another character in all of fiction that goes from being a stone-cold killer in one book, to a gruf-yet-loveable teddy bear in another. I think the Hugh Jackman movie version has really influenced how a lot of people, writers included, view Logan.

The current (Young Avengers) Vision sucks on ice. the best thing Marvel could do would be to bring back the original Vision.

Thor, Nova, Quasar, Noh Var (as Captain Marvel in the classic costume) should form a cosmic Avengers team and it should be based in off-planet.

Spider-Man should be the science guy for the New Avengers. Give him more to do than be plucky comic relief.

Luke Cage and Jessica Jones are awsome.

    I like the New Vision.

Black Panther (T'Challa) should headline an Avengers International or Mighty Avengers, with Arachne, Hellcat, She-Hulk, Sasquatch, Quicksilver and Eric O'Grady as Yellowjacket.

Ms. Marvel deserves to be Captain Marvel. For realsies. Or just Marvel for simplicity's sake.

The Young Avengers need to have an ongoing that isn't reliant on Heinberg keeping a schedule.

The Masters of Evil have usually been not so good, until they became the Thunderbolts. They need a revamp.

I think Wolverine is unbeleivably deserving of the title of Avenger.

I think Hank Pym should never be allowed to be an Avenger again after the whole hit his wife thing and that no matter what he has not made up for it and there is no justification (I say this cause whenever i have everyone sorta goes into chitah attack mode and pounces)
I'm not going to get on you about Hank. I think we've gone over that far too may times. I just find it hilarious that you say Hank should be kicked out because he hit a teamamte right after you say that another guy that's repeatedly tried gutting teamates deserves a spot.

I like the new vision. I regard him as a distinct character with the same name and general appearance, but otherwise different
