My thoughts exactly... And I really don't see that happening any time soon.

So I don't understand why people keep persisting on the issue. Just because women force themselves on him doesn't mean that's a sign that he's ambiguous. Most people don't realize someone else likes them until that person drops an obvious sign on them... It's playful banter, and believable. Remember, this is a PG-13 book, not soft porn for all the X-Men men to hit on every woman they see.

I would think that any true Iceman fan would hope he was revealed as gay in an effort to popularize him more. If Nightcrawler was gay, I doubt he would have been killed in SC. In fact, gayness is the only thing keeping Anole around and X-Factor from cancellation.

1) a picture of his chaste relationship with Polaris.
2) a picture of him trying to manhandle Sage and her yanking her arm away.
3) a picture of him kissing Cecilia Reyes like a fish.
4) a picture of Emma Frost calling him an interior decorator and rubbing herself all over him because she's a horny broad in general and enjoys challenges (see Scott Summers).
5) a picture of Stacy X touching him because she thinks he's a paying John.
6) a picture of Infectia sexually assaulting him.

Did I miss anything?

I just think he is not, because if such a major plot would appear we would know and their would be a biggish storyline concentrating on it. Until that storyline appears he's straight.

Look I wasn't trying to offend you, which I seem to have inadvertantly done, I was just trying to make it clear that not all fans of a character think the same way, which I'm sure you were aware of. That's just not how your post came across.

I love that when he kisses Reyes he is actually checking something else out.

He's checking out some of Bastion's guys to be exact. Yes, Emma is aroused by death and corpses, but I think the case is different with Iceman. She's been in his body (and he has been attracted to men with her in the driver's seat), and she wants to continue using the equipment.

No. Until a writer says that he's gay/bi/straight, then we can't know for sure what he is.

As I've said it MANY times here, I don't care if he is or isn't gay, but when people come up with selective references they recall from a single issue they've read, they fail to look at the overall history of the character to come to an analytical and educated conclusion.

Can't that be said for every character in the history of Marvel?

Cloud was neither actually. It was a sentient nebula who had come to earth and assumed the form of a couple that had been in a car crash. At first it was female, which Iceman was attracted to, however no feelings were returned because it was actually attracted to Moonstone, which is part of her powers I believe. It's feeling for Moonstone made it change into it's male form, which Iceman was not attracted to. However Iceman was a nice enough guy and came around in the end to help Cloud figure out what it actually was, which was not even human, and then it went away forever.

Actually you did... post a equal number of pictures of him with men... Better yet, just post at least ONE picture where he's affectionately kissing a male character that's Marvel canon.
