I'm hoping he doesn't bite it, but the cover of this one-shot as shown in August's solicits has me preparing for it. Even after this interview, I'm more expecting this issue to fill the gap of how Bullseye went from "Avenger" to back in Daredevil's life for his inevitable fall.
Anyway, this is pretty unexpected, although very welcomed by me. I figured Elektra would get a one-shot, and she apparently will, but I was expecting to see Wolverine get the final spot. Much happier to see it's Bullseye.
And on another note, no, Mr. Layman, that game never did see the light of day. Never knew Layman was involved with that, actually. I really wish someone would give Daredevil another go at the video game arena. An Assassin's Creed/Arkham Asylum hybrid would be awesome.

Hmm. I thought Shadowland was going to be a Daredevil story, and yet first thing I see is Wolverine.![]()

I really hope he doesn't bite it. If anything he should have his own series. He's been one of my favorites the past few years.
I'm jsut excited to see Layman back at Marvel, he's great.

Nothing about this 'event' looks remotely interesting, or even not awful.
wolverine? what the ****. seriously. he should be on mutant island or in california. why is he even involved in this. its supposed to be street level heroes and the martial art side stuff. i can understand DD, Ironfist, lukecage kinda, electra, black tarantula maybe and the DD villains. not mutants who used to off fighting aliens in space ships for a whole decade and now is seen fighting in secret.
bleh!

Well, Wolverine has had issues with the Hand more than once, like when they helped HYDRA brainwash him back in Enemy of the State, he may be aware of the fact that they are operating once again in New York.
Onward, to futility!
Wait, I thought the reason everyone hated Wolverine (and Spider-man) on New Avengers was he was too much of a "street level" character
Regardless:
#1. this story looks like it's going to feature at least half the New Avengers, so it makes sense for him to be there and
#2. Wolverine has a long history with the Hand and the "martial arts sidde stuff" so it makes sense for him to be there...

I'm going to need a Shadowland Checklist.
You can't see me but I'm doing the "Homer Simpson" dance!

i think it only makes sense because they wanna sell alot and wolverine is usually involved with EVERYTHING.
he also has a history with secret agent comics, space / cosmic stuff, super hero big action stuff, time travel stuff, every alternate world he is a major figure.
they put him in so many comics he fits everywhere and its kinda annoying to always see.

I can't wait for this book! Like other posters have said I really.really hope they don't kill off Bullseye. IMO he is one of the greatest villians of all time and he was my favorite Dark Avenger. So hopefully Marvel does'nt kill him off.
