Has any writer ever described the physical features of any Xmen character?

Why do we assume that gambit is handsome or extremely attractive (I have read many x fan-fictions and all the writers; my guess females, always spend their time describing how beautiful xmen/women are; characters on the top of this superficial list are; rogue, jean, Cyclops, storm, colosses, gambit and emma.
One writer on fanfiction.net once described rogue as having beautifully porcelain skin and being pale,


another describe colossus as tall dark and handsome ,


emma was even described by marvel as a femme fatale(femme fatale's are always physically attractive and very seductive),


storm once was called a goddess.



as for jean we all know guys flock to her

If you're talking about fan fic writers, maybe. If you're talking about to comic writers, I doubt they describe physical characteristics when they write a panel.

What the character looks like is mostly the responsibility of the artist, not the writer. The writer writes what the character is doing in the panel, their emotional state and such, sometimes what they're wearing. The artists are expected to know what the character looks like after years of established material, and then put their own personal touch on it.
