Is it me, or is everyone just grabbing a 'kinesis' and going with that?

Yeah, but how does your character move things, exactly?
Does he create an invisible arm that extends from his person? Or does he control the air molecules around the objects? Or is it more like him creating a constant force that kinda pushes things around? Etc.
Actually, I don't mind him having classic type TK, as long as he specifies the mechanics behind the power.
Frankly, I'm more concerned that ya'll seem to be going for the psychokinetics. oO
