I do have my limits, you know? At the rate you guys post, I can't comment everything all at once. Especially not when I'm trying to get the hang of the stats at the same time.
Anyway, Fistofiron's power is just fine. Restrictions I'd put on it is that it can be resisted if the target already know what it is, and that more powerful espers can ignore the ability.
Just let me what the power is, how it works and what it does, and I'll let you know if it's okay or not.
I like it. Nice to see more telepathy/clairvoyance type powers.

If I did decide to go this route, I need to decide what effects would be acceptable.
Some possible ideas:
- Turning a crystal into a scrying or drowsing crystal,
- Using it to store a small portion of another person's psychic power either as a back up, power boost or for power sharing.
- Creating a crystal that can shield the user from psychic attacks
- Creating a crystal the creates a psychic white-noise, to hide the users powers from other psychics
- Creating a crystal for healing
What do you think, Ghost? Most of these crystals will have limits, like once-time use only.

Hmmmmm... IF I was going with that guy it'd be something like.
Power: 6
Skill: 2
Range: 1
Speed: 1
MIND CONTROL: (Telepathy)
By gazing at the target He can control thier minds. from a quick influance of thier thoughts and emotions, to (If he stares long enough) directing their body like a meat puppet. Even the strongest of wills would have trouble resisting his vast (6 point) power.
I'd put a little more detail into how it works, and what he sees, but that would be his basic idea.

NAME: Dryden Donius (Don-aye-us)
GENDER: Male
AGE: 18
NATIONALITY: British
WEAPON DISCIPLINE: Slingshot. Favourite size is just over 4 feet long.
APPEARANCE:
Clothes
Height: 5’10
Natural hair colour: Black
Note: Dryden’s powers do not create purple fire. Or neon green fire. Or flames of any sort. Any flames seen are the product of artistic license by the photographer.
CHARACTER HISTORY & PERSONALITY:
History:
The noble Donius family has much power in Great Britain, but it would be a mistake to think of that power as a single, united entity. All families with a powerful name have their politics, but Donius more than most.
It was into this family that Dryden was born. His parents, Lord Daniel and Lady Vivian, they fell out of favour in political circles. Not so much that they were disowned, but enough that they were unlikely to ever wield significant influence again. This past glory was not lost on young Dryden. It was impossible to lose, in fact. After his parents began to accept their own lost status, they began grooming their son to rise within the family. If things went well, they would become major power players again just as they hit their golden years.
Dryden himself was not so eager, not that he was given much choice. While possessing an interest in politics, the idea of trying to break into the Donius family circle held little appeal for him. Getting involved in all the infighting, forming temporary alliances to get a slightly bigger piece of the old pie, was not the direction he wanted to go. The family had come to spend so much time squabbling among one another that it just did not seem worth it. Even as he learnt the ropes of the aqquiring and using power, he began to seriously ponder if he should break away from his parents to begin an independent career, harbouring no illusions whether they would support such a move.To Daniel and Vivian Donius, the prestige of prominence within the Donius family, together with the opportunity for revenge against those who cast them down, meant that their desired outcome was the only acceptable one.
If he chose to stay the course into family politics and do what was expected of him, he would enjoy the support of his parents and an established network of contacts and mentors. If he chose to become independent of those squabbles, he would be stripped of such support and lose the favour of his mother and father. The choice weighed on his mind, though he never showed it even as he inched toward his decision.
The emergence of his Esper powers thus brought as much relief as shock. Even as he delighted in exploring his new-found abilities, he saw it as an opportunity to delay the decision. Just before he turned 18, the age at which his parents expected him to truly begin working within the family, he announced his intention to enroll in the Zener Institute.
Personality:
Dryden possesses an easy confidence and displays an affable demeanour. Some who know him wonder if his friendliness is a façade. Whatever the truth, he has shown a definite inclination towards a certain brand of mischief.
Events have shown that Dryden very much wants to be a true noble, which he feels he cannot attain in the world he was born in. This new world smells of opportunity to him, and he's now finding out what it truly takes.

PERSONAL SKILL: Reading people
PHYSICAL STATS:
Brawn: 2
Agility: 1
Skill: 4
Perception: 3
ESPER ABILITY:
Phasing
Dryden can control and relax the molecular bonds within his body. This allows him to travel through solids and liquids easily by moving through the gaps between other atoms. By ‘climbing’ his own molecules over those already present in a solid or liquid, he is able to change his position vertically. He does not need to breathe while in this state.
He can also charge this power into objects, allowing them to slip into a phased state for a limited period of time. If he rematerializes them within another solid, then a battle pitting molecular bonds against each other will ensue, potentially causing catastrophic structural damage to one or both objects depending on the materials involved. He cannot, however, rematerialize objects within living tissue. Doing so causes the owner of the living tissue and the object to violently reject one another with equal force, sending them in opposite directions if both can be moved. Phased liquids are likely to simply be absorbed if they materialise inside a solid or another liquid. Any inanimate object in a phased state still obeys the laws of gravity.
He is unable to re-materialise himself while in solids, one result of which is that he can’t phase his hand into your torso and rip your heart out. However, he can interact with matter while in phased form, meaning he can still grip your heart really tightly.
While phasing the articles on his person is not a problem, anything further presents an increasing strain. While he can manage phasing another person, phasing anything bigger than a cart is beyond him.
ESPER STATS:
Power: 16 (previously 12, could phase 1300kg)
Skill: 3
Range: 0
Time: 2
Ghost’s ruling:
Power: The total mass that he can phase. Each point up to 5 was worth 10 kg. Between 6 and 10, each point gains 90 kg per point. At 11 points he starts gaining 100 kg per point, at 15 it's 300 kg per point and at 20 it's 500 kg per point.
Skill: How many objects he can charge (applies only to objects big enough to not be able to run through his fingers). 1 additional object every 2 stat points, with the exception of the first stat point.
Range: From how far away he can 'charge' an object. Only on contact.
Time: For how long he can keep himself phased, and also how long he can keep an object charged. 1 minute per stat point.
