I didn't know Black Cat was in this film. You may want to fix that up. I counted at least two times when Black Widow is referenced at Black Cat.

3rded with the Black Cat reference, what kind of Comic Book reporting site is this ;)
(at least it doesn't say Catwoman...)

i really love the vibe i get from Favreau on how he puts these movies together, and stays out of the way of his actors and gives them a lot of latitude in their roles. (I read an article with Jeff Bridges for Crazy Heart where he was talking about how uncomfortable he was with the first one because "they had no script!" ~ RDJ and Favs would be acting everything out and re-writing on the spot)

Kind of a bummer the Tony Stark arrival scene got cut, i loved that in the trailers: just kind of sums up his whole cocky personality just like the opening scene of the first one ("please, no gang signs.")

They both wear skin-tight black leather. I think I can be forgiven on that much, right? Going forward, I'll remember Cat = White and Widow = Red.

Also, it's the early half of the scene where Pepper kisses the helmet that got cut. Tony still lands on stage and says, "it's good to be back." Favreau made the choice to have that be the first moment you see Tony as opposed to on the plane.

ahhh, thanks for that clarification man (that's totally understandably, but too bad, that scene was rife with tension and humor)

I take it that means you've seen it? is there an embargo on reviews? Harry @ AICN spilled that he's seen it but hasn't reviewed it yet either...

Yeah, I've seen it. There was an embargo that seems to be crumbling by the second. I'll probably write my review today in case the embargo completely disappears.
