I think so. He's the only starfish villain in DC that I know of. On that note, anyone starting to find it a bit "annoying" that DC villains that should have NOTHING to do with Cadmus are answering to them. What's next? Are we gonna see Mr. Mxyzptlk reporting to Cadmus? Originally Posted by Beamish

Same answer as usual, it's a new continuity so it doesn't much matter that these villains weren't associated with cadmus in the comics because this isn't the comics.

Miss Martian got her awful catchphrase from a sitcom she saw on TV. That explains so much.
There was also ship teasing with Kid Flash and Artemis. The interaction more or less further confirmed Sportsmaster is her daddy
