Queen Bee is not dead. She has been seen in previews for Season meeting with The Light. And the episode did not indicate that Miss Martian killed her. Miss Martian did not even permanently mind-rape Psimon either, he is up and running again in he Young Justice: Legacy game. Krolotean is probably similar as well, it'll be cationic for a while but eventually recover.

M'gann did not tell Beast Boy that Queen Bee was responsible for the death of his mother, she acknowledged it as a fact of the incident, Miss Martian said and I quote "...but it is not your fault, you {referring to Beast Boy} couldn't have stopped Queen Bee."
And here is proof that Queen Bee is alive, here is one of the trailers for the Season 2, at the 0:47-0:49 mark you see Black Manta meeting with all The Light members except Ocean Master, Miss Martian did not kill Queen Bee.

Where are you getting the idea that Miss Martian is responsible for Gar's mother's death though? There was not any evidence in the episode that she did.
