I do agree that complaining about a black character being attracted to another black character is stupid. Besides it's good to see Aqualad having a romantic interest, would you guys rather he didn't have one?

Yeah, with romance/shipping it is often writers are damned if they do it and damned if they don't. There would be people complaining if Rocket was attracted to the other male members, complaining if she was attracted to nobody, etc.

Still, the message boards are tame compared to what goes on with YouTube commenters, the racists and trolls really come out of the woodworks there.

Now that was an intense episode! Loved everyone coming clean, it was a great moment and it showed how far they've come as a team (although it's weird Superboy has known about M'Gann this whole time, but I did like it when they held hands). The fight scenes were really cool, especially Superboy totally owning Mammoth.

Although I figured someone was under mind control, I didn't think it was Roy (well, I considered the possibility, but he wasn't my top choice). Wow, Vandal Savage controls the League...we're screwed!

Speaking of Darkseid I have a theory that since the thing controling the league is of alien origin then maybe Darkseid is the person behind The Light's actions.

There needs to be someone behind a team that includes Vandal Savage, Lex Luthor, and Ra's Al Ghul?

Ya know, I think it's cool Rocket joined the team, but man, would it have killed them to add a little pomp to her signing on? Zee is the only girl yet to get a worth while intro to the team.

I kinda wished Rocket didn't join officially and had just been along for the ride (since she was already there to see Icon join the League) and then they could've offered her membership after this whole business is over.

How old is Rocket? At least 16, right? It makes more sense for her to go for the more mature guy, I'd think, and it would speak less of her if she was more attracted to Robin than anyone else, at least in terms of immediate physical reactions.

It reminds me of how Kennedy and Willow were instantly drawn to each other for seemingly know reason other than that they were both lesbians. It didn't matter if the characters made sense together, they were both lesbians so it's assumed to be automatic.

Or maybe she likes that he's a take charge kinda guy. It's one episode. M'Gann was attracted to Superboy right away because he was cute and Kryptonian. She didn't shop around with a speedster, an Atlantian and a circus boy. She went automatically to the alien.

I may be a bit slow, but isn't that how it always works? You see someone you're attracted to, you're attracted to them. I know that's how it has worked for me.
