The thing with Marvel made me wonder whether all of the League members secret IDs are known to each other, because if they aren't then he was under no more obligation to tell them he was really Billy Batson than Superman is to tell them he's really Clark Kent.

That's pretty much the only recruitment criteria super teams have ever used. It's kind of hard to tun background checks on people who wear masks and use fake names.

The episode basically stated that Superboy will never develop full kryptonian powers because he is half-human.

For reactions sake I was hoping that if Connor had to have human DNA then have his DNA be Batman's. Not really bothered with it being Lex but having him be the clone of Batman/Superman would be interesting

But it does show that those powers are in him if he uses the shields so I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't manage to gain access to them eventually.

If the season ends with the possibility of one of the members of Young Justice graduating to Justice League membership then I can see Aqualad promoted to JL status so that Robin would eventually become leader. That is what that meeting could be implying

Cadmus has always been portrayed as having less than honorable intentions....even in the JLU, Lex had his hands involved in Cadmus....and I think it paints an intersting story having Luthors DNA as part of him, and its a serious ego stroking for Lex

There only available when his human DNA is suppressed. Maturing does not equal human DNA getting suppressed.
