Static Shock would be nice.

Louis: "We're gonna find that sailboat right around the corner, you just watch!"
Francis: "Louis, if you don't stop being positive, I'm gonna sink the boat just to make you sad!"

By season 8 it there will be a Flashpoint and everything you loved about Young Justice's past will instantly become null and void...deleted from the records...with the exception of Batman and Green Lantern's histories because...well because. Thus paving the way for a DCnU cartoon verse.
They got the images for this week's episode. Looks like the return of Wally, as predicted:

Looks like Guardian (Jim Harper and Roy's uncle) is back as well and not under The Light's control.

I pity Aqualad...a lot of crap happened to him, but I'm hoping he's a mole for the good guys. Loved the "Less fangirl more Wonder Girl" moment. It was great seeing the families work together.
I agree. I mean, I'd be okay if in the final episode or something they decide to call themselves the "Teen Titans", but calling themselves "The Team" is confusing. Imagine Nightwing going to recruit, say, Blue Beetle, and he says "Jaime, we've been watching you and we think you're ready to join the Team", then he says "Which team? The Justice League?! Cool!" to which the response would be "No, the other team, the one with the younger heroes. You know, the TEAM."
I actually kind of like the idea of seeing a new generation of heroes every season, and it's not like we're getting rid of the old characters. Some become less important, some are still main characters. It's like following a superhero team comic book for a really long time and the creative team and roster changes, only in this case, it's the same creative team behind the characters and allows for longterm growth.
I just remembered, Mera was expecting last season. I feel like this season has their new characters filling some of the same roles/power set/family as last season, so I'd predict:
Damien Wayne (Robin role)
Arthur Jr (Aqualad role)
Impulse (Kid Flash role)
Mia or Cissie/Speedy or Arrowette (Artemis role)
Starfire (Miss Martian role)
Superboy (yeah, let him stay there)
Obviously, there should be more characters, throw in Cyborg or Supergirl or even Donna or whoever you want, but it'd be cool to have more members of the families we've been seeing.
Him too. Heck, he was on the Titans briefly. Oooh, or Connor Hawke!

The series ends earlier than everyone wants with unresolved plotlines and Greg Weisman doesn't spill the beans on where he had intended to go.
With the exception of LOSH, DC cartoons tend to do better than Marvel's, so in all seriousness, I am hoping YJ gets a lengthy run.

Yes, in the comics Roy Harper had been adopted by a Native American tribe.
But also in the comics the original (1940s Golden Age) Jim Harper of the comics is/was Roy Harper's Great-Uncle, however, since the Earth-16 Guardian did not start in the 1940s obviously Weisman and Vietti decided to just eliminate the "great" part of being Roy's uncle.
But the The Team is not a public entity so it is not like recruitment would be public knowledge.
I just started reading YJ and I'm liking it a lot. My only complaint about the comic is that it's almost too "teen". I see it in the animated series as well. The Teen Titans animated series seemed more mature than YJ, at least in the characters personalities, and the characters are around the same ages, right? I'm only at the beginning and I know it's about to get way serious, but I don't really like the way Arrowette and Wonder Girl are being portrayed. Same with M'gann in the series. Raven and Starfire weren't boy-crazy, they actually had a lot of depth and interest to their characters right off the bat. Maybe my opinion's a bit biased because I love TT so much, but it's just a pet peeve of mine that I've acquired while reading and watching YJ.
