I really enjoyed this episode. It definitely counts as the best of season two so far.

I love seeing Aqualad as a villain. I think this gives him a chance to show off in a way he couldn't before. I mean, did you see the way he took down Superboy? Holy crap!

Aqualad had really been neglected in the latter half of season one anyway. Of course, I won't be surprised if he rejoins the team later by redeeming himself or turning out to be a double agent (or some other comic-book plot device like that).

Always good to see more Batgirl and Wonder Girl action, but I NEED MOAR. Can we please please please get an episode that focuses exclusively on them?

Also, still anxiously awaiting the return of Kid Flash.

I love the Wonder Girl/Wonder Woman interaction, hell I just love the fact that Wonder Woman does something more than a blink and you'll miss cameo. Wonder Girl going fan girl whenever Wonder Woman does something awesome was amusing to see. Nice to see Greg taking a nod from the YJ comics by incorporating the good part of Cassandra's personality

I'm hoping Aqualad is not an agent and that his heel turn is genuine. I want to see a hero turn villainy on his own free will. No brainwashing, no blackmail, no undercover crap. Being a agent is something I can see Geoff Johns doing and I don't want that for this show

Him turning heel is the kind of out of character crap I see writers like Loeb doing.

I agree it was a good thing to do, but I think they should of waited until dealing with the Light. They are some of the most powerful members of the league(besides Batman I guess). Who knows what will happen while they are gone. Heck, some trials can last a long long time.

Which is why I feel taking the Light down should be number one then deal with atoning for what The Light put them through afterwards. Also they are putting earth in a vulnerable position, suppose something big decides to invade the earth while they are away and the earth needs more than the Young Justice to handle them

There's still like a dozen more League members left on Earth.

Yeah, and preventing further aggression from other Alien races is just as important as preventing the ones already occurring on Earth.

I think we need to delve into Black Manta's agenda to get a better sense of whether or not Aqualad's heel turn is in character.

Since this Aqualad is a completely new character they have reign to do whatever they want with him. We still don't know the nature of the mission that ended up Tula being dead and how his parentage was revealed. Could have drove him into the deep end

Okay, this week was AWESOME. Not only was the action just a sight to behold, but the whole thing was peppered with great little character moments. Clark called SB Kon-El, Wondergirl went fangirl over WW. Bibo took down a Krolatean! Dick is now in charge of the Bat-platoon. Conner all but definitely broke up with M'Gann because of the telepathy thing, and for some reason he's the either the only one that notices, or the only one that cares. Guessing The Light ran out of uses for Guardian.

As for our missing members, was not expecting Tula to be dead, that kinda sucks actually. But Kaldur as a villain works surprisingly well. Don't tell me that faux French chick giving tours is not somehow Artemis, and still no sign of Wally.

Stuff still in future - Connor and Cassie. "Competitors?" Maybe the White Martians?

WAY, WAY, WAY in the future. Anyone here think that Match is going to turn out to be this universes Superboy Prime after Lex figures out how to cure him?

I wonder too. It could be any alien race. (And with DC, that's almost an infinite amount)
Nightcrawler, Jean Grey, Gwen Stacy, Peter Parker, Professor X, Mar-Vell, Richard Rider- Bring Them Back!!!

What do you mean by that? The Guardian in the museum was a figurine, not the actual body of the Guardian. In fact one theory is that the figure who planted the bomb is a mind-controlled Guardian (or a mind-controlled real Speedy/Roy Harper or Scarab-controlled Blue Beetle).
Also according to 4chan, where the Spanish Superboy VA apparently posts in spoilers:
claims that Wally and Artemis are retired from the superheroing business and are going to college together and are set to appear in next week's episode "Salvage"
    end of spoilers

The Competitors are most likely The Reach, they referred to Blue Beetle as a Competitor-warrior.

I'm glad they're going to be doing more than just these Krolotean guys. They're not very interesting.

Y'know, if this season weren't already full of new characters, I'd suggest that the alien invasion theme would make this a good chance to introduce the '96 Teen Titans (Risk, Joto, Prysm, Argent and Fringe) because they were all half-alien.

I think the French woman was a nod to Crimson Fox, a JLEurope memeber. I also saw a tour kid who could very well be JJ Thunder.
