Because all those shows starred Robin before he became Nightwing, so that's the only way he could make an appearance, since Nightwing is his future..

Yeah, it's just weird, ya know? Dick's Nightwing persona has existed for nearly 30 years our time, and there have been 4 or 5 Robins. For a while the DCAU was the only place where Dick became Nightwing and Bruce got a new Robin. At least there are things like Batman: Under the Red Hood and even Batman: The Brave and the Bold that show Dick as Nightwing in the present day.

I thought poster meant that Mae Whitman had voiced Barbara Gordon on Young Justice.
Did not know she had voiced Batgirl on Batman: The Brave & The Bold, interesting.

Nope, I meant Batgirl on B:TBATB. She was underused on that show anyway, so it's not like Mae Whitman's my definitive Batgirl. Still, I kind of want her to voice Ravager (mostly because of American Dragon Jake Long).

A word of warning. If you guys had the last season of Young Justice set to record on a DVR, you may need to reset it like I did. That's because the box will register it as a completely new series because it's called Young Justice: Invasion.

Not that weird. The general, noncomics reading public doesn't know Nightwing from a hole in the ground, but everybody knows Batman and Robin. That's the simple reason for it.

Peter David already confirmed last year that there was going to be a Flash-centric episode in Season 2 that featured Wally, Barry, and Jay. And the comics diversion of DC/WB has a entirely different policy towards characters than animation.
And Weisman and Vietti have repeatedly stated none of the team form Season 1 is going to be "dropped" in Season 2.

Let's hope this time jump works out because I would hate to see Young Justice become a TV version of the Legion of Superheroes "Five Years Later" storyline. (Which was horrifically bad.)

It really seemed like more then just a simple crush once they started dating. I don't care who she dates, but I can't help but feel it made the Superboy/Miss Martian relationship kind of pointless.

I am not sure how I feel about the time jump from a story stand point but it is very cool to see all the new members of the league. Maybe we will get a weekly series called 260 that will fill in the gaps from what happend in those 5 years week to week :)

I'm curious about why the aliens freaked out when they saw the Blue Beetle. I'm sure it's something his predecessor might of done with the suit.
