It's a real shame that Wolverine & The X-men has been cancelled. That really was a great show.

I am excited the Avengers cartoon and Ultimate Spider-Man. Although, I am sorry to see Spectacular Spider-Man and Wolverine and The X-Men cancelled. Both were great shows. Can't wait for season 2 of Super Hero Squad.

I loved Wolverine and the X-Men. Just saw the trailer for the new Avengers: Mightiest heroes. Good animation, terrible dialogue and performance. Truly awful. Like Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends.

Yea but you get the new "The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes" in return!

Trust Joe Q, he knows what X-fans want! Look at how he has supported the x-franchise over the past few years by marginalizing and sidelining them while propping up his own favorite frachise.

Yeah it's been bad enough seeing how much he doesn't give a damn about the comics but now this? I am absolutely livid we don't get to see age of apocalypse in animated form now. What's all this crap about financing?! WTF? Since when? It wasn't long ago what got confirmation on the 2nd season, colossus, magik etc. And with Disney at their backs now way is financing a valid excuse. The Avengers franchise has become really cool the past decade but Im sorry, as a group the X-Men are just way better characters and I don't give a crap about any of these other projects coming out. Effing lame.

Looks like they're giving up on the direct to DVD animation market for Marvel characters or at least putting them on the back burner until they're ready to use Disney's animation house for future projects.

I think the reason X-men got whacked is that X-men isn't so hot anymore not as hot as Ironman is. Marvel/Disney has unfettered movie and TV rights to Ironman but not so with the X-men. The last X-men project Wolverine was a critical bomb and only did OK at the box office.

I'm way more disappointed in the loss of Spectacular Spider-Man than Wolverine Etc. That was the best animated property Marvel's ever done.

And I'm finding it hard to believe that NO one scored footage of that Avengers trailer, across the whole of the Internets.

Don't say I didn't warn you. Animation looks good. What we see of the characterization, dialogue and performance is like it came out of the 80s.

I've seen this online already. Don't care for the voice over, but I like everything else. Is this what they showed at C2E2? I was under the impression it was something different. I saw screen shots of various villain designs on another site, but I thought they showed the theme song or something at the Con?
