Heh, Marvel stealing more Image stuff.
So....they're going to rerelease all the single issues instead of just releasing trades of the recolored issues? Why? For the money?
"I figure the right thing starts at the beginning of the day, not after you've been caught." - John Crichton (Farscape)
"We're recoloring and relettering everything. It's going to be in full color."
The pics look good, but I really liked the color setup in the original issues/series from Image. The one color approach to each volume. I would pass on the remix if not for the new 8 page story. Not surprised it's moving to Icon, as this seemed like an obvious move considering Fraction's Marvel work. Glad I have the first two volumes in their original form though. My biggest concern is price now that it's with Icon.

Batman, GL, Miss Fury, Uncanny X-Men, Hypernaturals, Witch Doctor, Casanova, Green Arrow, COPRA. +A bunch of trades every month.
YESSS!! Thank you, Matt Fraction and Marvel. Casanova + Fraction + Marvel = friggin' brilliance.

... but what's the difference between Marvel Icon and regular Marvel?

My head just exploded. This is very unexpected.
It's time to make Icon comparable to DC's Vertigo.
ICON is Marvel's creator owned comics line.
The stories don't have any connection story-wise to the Marvel Universe comics.
