    Default CBR: C2E2: IDW Announces "Dungeons & Dragons" Series

    IDW Publishing has struck a deal with Hasbro to publish several new comic series based on the popular "Dungeons & Dragons" franchise, starting with a #0 issue in August, 2010.

    Finally - D&D can definitely make some nice series, but they've always gotten stuck with terrible writing and art (minus a Few exceptions - there's a great Eberron comic by the creator of that world Keith Baker)
    Anyways, what I'm saying is, I think IDW will do a good job with the licence.

    As it appears that Andrea DiVito is going to be the artist on the book, I am very likely to give this a try. Andrea has been one of my favorite artists for years and I seem to recall him doing some preliminary artwork for Robert Jordan's New Springs years ago that looked quite nice.

    Andrea Devito did a great job on CrossGen's BRATH years ago, which was in the vein of D&D.

    I'll give the book a try b/c of him...
