    This episode is actually good
I laughed at "Nick Fury is Dead", maybe cause subconsciously I'm so used to this cliche, or maybe I just found it funny
Trash incinerator with Terminator head in it reminded me of Star Wars, this episode reminded me too much of Star Wars
How many 4/109 images are there? They didn't bother changing the number, and aren't these guys meant to have secret identities?

This show needs to work on its delivery.
There was no joke. It's important that he was late because he missed Zodiac's take over.

Which I get, but there was no good reason for why he was late.

If this was EMH's, I would be getting my hopes up for a Songbird appearance, but alas, it won't be.

Wouldn't she be appearing as Screaming Mimi first?
The monster saved them all. And in their fear, they betrayed him. As they always have. As they always will.

Also, they really need to get away from the Helicarrier.
I agree. Don't those 3 main kids have lives outside of SHIELD? Seriously, what does White Tiger do besides fighting crime?

I doubt there would be much continuity or attention for the Mimi to Songbird to happen.

Some more episodes in (Well, OK, admittedly, switched on another channel every time now, soon as "something stupid" pops in, which usually happens even than less than a minute!, as I no longer have any tolerance for childish fourth-wall crap), and still waiting for more of Spidey's own villains - and Beetle should not be considered one of them - considering his history with Human Torch, Thing, Avengers, Daredevil, Iron Man, and Silver Sable as well - even though most identified singular hero-villain-wise as a Spider-Man opponent, including as a member of the Sinister Syndicate - otherwise, before and in-between, he's a common easy general Marvel Universe foe / fodder, before he went pretended straight to fully straight as Mach.

One insult to Ultimate Spider-Man continuity noticed once - Curt Connors' appearance in the show - with TWO arms!

C'mon, there's still great wells of untapped Spidey adversaries, never been used in Spidey shows thus far - Swarm, Tarantula, Stegron, Puma, Carrion, Will O' The Wisp, Mindworm, Looter, Human Fly, I'd even accept Kangaroo, Grizzly, Gibbon, White Rabbit, even FACADE, even as easy targets of ridicule, I'd rather see them, than another Fantastic Four foe who comprises his main rogues gallery in their place.

You don't think Beetle is a Spider-Man villain but you consider Grizzly one? He's an X-Man villain.

Also, Beetle is a Thunderbolt now than anything.

Also, this show seems to rely on the popular.

She...she studies. Luke Cage...uh, I don't know. Sam...uh, again I don't know. Peter...he--he...wow, we know nothing about him either besides that he sleeps in the same house as Aunt May and goes to school.

August 5, 2012 - Episode 17 Snow Day: Spider-Man and his team sneak off for a vacation on a deserted tropical island. However, they soon realize something is not right with the island and the Sandman will make sure they never leave.

August 12, 2012 - Episode 18 Damage: When Spider-Man and his fellow teenage super heroes cause too much damage in a super villain fight, Nick Fury assigns them to work with the super clean up company, Damage Control, but Spidey's clean up duty uncovers a villainous mystery.

But that's the joke. Peter has Fury in his head all day reminding him not to be late, so of course he still manages to be late. There's no good excuse for him being late, he's just being a typical teenager.

I haven't been able to watch all of the latest episodes since I live in the UK, and we're pretty behind! Come to think we've only reached up to the very first Venom episode. Sucks really as I haven't even watched the Wolverine yet as well as all the others. Oh and I really like Ultimate Beetle.
