I got to say that I did enjoy today's episode as I do love a good Hulk team up, even if it's with Spidey.

Seeing the two of them battle the Hulk's old foe Zzzax was pretty interesting..given how powerful he tends to get with each energy attack. I'm kind of glad they didn't use the other heroes as they would just get in the way...and defeated faster.

Still, it was a good episode overall.

Do you think Spidey will fight Mephisto in this series?

I liked this Episode. No kiddy slide show previews. Did anyone else manage to catch the Memory card getting full on the camera ?

So this was the first episode without any real cutaway gags. We didn't really see the rest of the team. The episode mainly focused on Spider-Man, Hulk, MJ, Nick Fury (at least a little bit) and Zzzax.

Curious what people thought of this episode. And its interesting angles since about 95% of it was from MJ's camera.

I loved it. I usually enjoy every episode.

Also, am I the only one who noticed that Mary-Jane's camera battery suddenly went from being on low, to almost fully-charged? I was watching, and then I'm like...Uh, what? xD

I noticed but I think it was just after it got zapped with electricity so I wrote it off as the surge recharging it.

So that makes 2 energy power villains in the last 3 episodes....and neither one is the one typically associated with Spider-Man? Huh...did not see that coming. Wonder if they will ever use Electro now or if that would be too repetitive?

Poor Max Dillon...3 cartoon series, and he's never been in one of them. TAS turned Electro into a crazy Russian, Spectacular had the Enforcer turned into Electro,.

that was Shocker who was an enforcer, and Max Dillion was Electro in Spectacular in ep 3

This show pushes it too far. He's lees goofy and basically moronic and very klutzy.

I miss Stan Lee and Jack Kirby's Spider-Man it really bothers me the direction they have taken Peter in this cartoon and in the Avengers books.

There is almost no drama at all in this show: Why i can tolerate most of the silliness and unfunny jokes, one thing that is holding this show from been a good series is its lack of Drama. Ultimate Spider-man does not have any! How are we supposed to feel attached to these characters if all they do is make unfunny jokes(Spider-man), act like a jerk(Nova), say the same remarks over and over again(White Tiger), or Just not do anything and just stand there(Luke Cage).

End of the day its boring and although I like the team dynamic I don't think I can watch this show anymore

The characters (particularly Spidey) are still trying too hard to be "hip" (Spidey spent more time grandstanding for the camera then trying to save the city! Come on, Pete, what happened to that whole "responsibiilty" thing???) Other than that, the episodes have been slowly improving (Less silly cut aways) and I actually DO like that the enemies used are not the standard Spidey rogues. (Frightful Four, Taskmaster, Living Laser, etc.)
