Thank you, Fraction, for picking She-Hulk to be in the crew!
And a quote from that link from Mike Allred!

"The character I was most concerned about drawing was She-Hulk, especially when you see how these other guys have done such a great job with her, like Adam Hughes. You have this large, muscular figure, but still she's very feminine and sexy. That was a concern of mine -- that I wouldn't be able to tap into her innocence and joyfulness, which is also a big part of Jen. I was really afraid that I would miss the target, but so far, I am really happy. At least to the point where I am having way more fun than I ever thought I would."

The one punch knock out, giving a lecture its all good, though a tiny bit harsh on Darla but I think that was Jen giving out some tough love, you know she'll be back. Medusa is really growing on me also.

It was nice to see that part especially, Jen schooling those kids in a good way. And the way she is drawn just keeps getting better. I want to assume it was tough love against Darla, cause at the same time it looked just a little mean towards her.

Hopefully not, but it wouldn't be the first time I've seen her say something in the same spirit.

True but we'll see where it goes but I am starting to like Darla as well.

Over on Comicvine there is a podcast with Matt Fraction and he talks about his books. Some interesting stuff.

Ha! Jen worrying about her Stella McCartney is an homage to the Avengers issue when one of the Eternal Delphan brothers blasts her and ruins her dress.

The Shulkstorian strikes with those little details that always go a long way.

    Thanks Ray.

ComicFan, I'll have to check out that podcast.

    Anytime TS.

BTW, if you go this page, it has a list of superhero TV/movie adaptations that preceded the movie, didn't make a wide release or were cancelled for one reason or another. The very last—#22—is for She-Hulk.

    Nice.

Now we know they can do it justice if they were to bring her on the big or small screen.

Never read about She-Hulk until the first two issues of FF. Matt Fraction and Mike Allred's interpretation of her just made me a fan. I love, love, love her.

Yeah it's been really good and the way they are representing She-Hulk. Looks like issue 4 will be very focused on her with their Valentine's Day theme.

Reading that part with what she said to Darla again, I'm starting to see how she could have handled it differently. Remember how good she was to those kids during Heart of Avalon?

maybe but it's not what i'd expect from her. that's what i liked most about her in Ostrander's run. Jen's a sensitive good-hearted woman. but she's also very quick to give to people straight (see: any altercation with Namor). she speaks her mind. i'm sure that she will be one of the people encouraging Darla, later on.

Awesome! I think Lyra will be a perfect fit in that group. However, I doubt Jen will be too pleased if Val offers Lyra a cup of mead.
