ComicFan, now you should ask Hickman what plans did he have for Shulkie on Avengers. I assume he can talk a little bit about since he is no longer gonna use her.
Oh yea haha
Hickman's answers can be pretty funny. He wanted to cook the Pet Avengers!!!
I can totally appreciate what is gonna happen in FF with She-Hulk, it's just with Hickman and the scope of the direction he is taking The Avengers would have been really amazing for She-Hulk to be part of that history. Let's face it this launch is gigantic and epic feeling!
If any of us find out that Fraction is gonna do some Q&A like Hickman is doing now, the fans within this thread most definitely need to represent. So think of some questions now just in case ;)
I also dare someone to throw in the word "Shulkamaniacs" somewhere in your question. I know I'll do it
ComicFan, I just came across your question in The Avengers/Hickman Q&A Thread. Great question of yours! That situation with the Hulk and New Avengers didn't even cross my mind but definitely something I want to know about and how Hickman will handle it... hopefully he does because that'll make some good drama.
And THEN She-Hulk can appear to help stop her rampaging cousin!
Couple of things. I liked FF #1 and said before I like artwork on jen as combo of strength and beauty. Better then the pipe thin arms some artists draw her or characters like her. Part of me sad She-Hulk not apart of Avengers team but looking more at it i'm glad. Not forcing me to buy it. The preview art doesn't look that good to me. Team is mess avengers and characters that have no business to be with the name avengers. Feels like when JLA did a number of years ago with expanded roster. You end up with characters that just don't fit. Still glad there is FF. One other thing I mention if FF #1 thread, I love seemingly pot shot at the fact jen been not used much recently.
Save DCU from DCNU!
Q.: How can you tell when Dan DiDio is lying?
A.: When you see his lips move.
Jerome's art can be such a mixture for me. His style can really work to his advantage, and Uncanny X-Force was a good example of that. Everyone seems like they have this sickly look, hungry and depressed. And cause of that, I'm not feeling the few pages I've seen of his Avengers.
I think I've seen an image where he drew Sentry confronting Moon Knight. Sentry looks bloated.
I don't have hope on a good representation of how he would draw She-Hulk.
