I'm a huge Cornell fan. Between Doctor Who and Captain Britain, he's shown he can do complex characters and lots of emotion, while still keeping sci fi craziness. And if I can infuse Superman comics with the inspiration writing he did with MI:13, this is going to be awesome.
Can't wait.

I really liked Captain Britain, so I'm much more relieved with Cornell as the writer instead of Guggenheim (mainly because I haven't read as much from Guggenheim).
I can't wait to see what he does with Luthor. I hope he really does somthing new and shows how powerful one of the smartest men in the DCU can be.
Definitely looking forward to see where the two flagship Superman titles are going from here on out.
Luthor looks awesome with his orange lantern armor on too. Any chance of changing his original armor's color to orange? Great artwork from Finch too.

Pull List: Green Lantern, Brightest Day, Legion of Superheroes, and Action Comics
Definitely good news! Looks like Action will stay on my pull list longer than expected...
Nice, the dude that wrote Cap Brit writting Luthor. Should be good.
CHICAGO BEARS 2011: 1-1
Wow, I didn't think I'd be buying both Superman titles anytime soon, keep it up DC, this almost makes up for Rucka leaving.
I'm with all of you guys. This is very exciting. I was extremely underwhelmed with the announcement of Guggenheim on Action Comics. But, now, this title will be getting a Hugo-nominated writer. Cornell should serve as a perfect compliment to JMS, another accomplished writer.
Finally, after all this New Krypton stuff, I can get excited for Superman once again!
Is Marc still doing #890 or is Paul now writing that issue, because i want to know when to pull this comic.
will he bring Count Dracula along for the ride too?
I prefer Count Chocula! gEnI0uS11
Good news. I'll definitely be cecking this out.
Great news! I hope Paul Cornell gets to write a team book too.
Top 3: Batman, Wonder Woman, X-force
It looks like Luthor will be the main star of the book. Interesting move.

Maybe I'll try it after the Luthor story is over.
I don't like Lex Luthor.
