I suppose Raven, after Nightwing, she has the perhaps the most expansive "solo" mythos...

Probably invoke the most interesting interactions and plot developments...

After her Ravager for the sheer badass factor....

Maybe they can mix her into some of the Wanda stuff going on.

There is absolutely no one on the "Teen Titans" that deserves to be an Avenger. Maybe some JLA members, but not Teen Titans. They are C-Squad at best. The team you call in when the JLA and the JSA aren't around.

Plenty of Titan Members have also have been prominent JLA Members....In fact almost half of the current JLA's roster is made out of Titans... I believe that makes your argument pretty null....

They got one now or at least in theory. The blue collar Wonder Woman or also known as Ms Marvel. Thanks to Bendis who rather focuses on Spider-Woman and Brian Reed who rather focuses on Spider-Man, Ms Marvel story has been a bit stunted.

I think you're selling quite a few of the Titans short.

Dick Grayson is probably more competent than a good 80% of the people that have ever been JLAers.

And in a lot of ways I think Wally actually surpassed Barry.

Wally West was The Flash for almost 3 decades and had a 325 issue run as the top dog....Kyle the same for Ten Years...

Arsenal - Armless??? So is Bucky it's not really an obstacle for a superhero.... In fact by your own logic Bucky (second string Captain America) doesn't deserve to be an Avenger....

Not in the 80's . Saying that, is almost like saying no X-Men has a place on the Avengers.
