Activision and Marvel have released a trailer for "Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions," which will allow players to play as Spider-Man, Spider-Man Noir and two more as yet unrevealed versions of the character.

I'm calling it now -- the "two more as yet unrevealed versions of the character" are Spider-Man 2099 and . . . um . . . Spider-Ham?

I agree on 2099. 1602 would be fun. I would not discount Ultimate or Spider-Girl!

I'm thinking Spider-Girl and Ultimate Spider-Man...although it would be nice to see Marvel Zombies, Mangaverse or 1602.

I'm doubting Ultimate. He's too similar to Amazing, and they already did a game based on him. Watch the video, one of the stated goals of this project is to examine areas of the Spider-Man mythos untouched by games.
That said, there were heavy rumors about this being some kind of Zombieverse game, so I'm guessing that. yeah 2099 was the first thing i thought of as well...my only other guess is 1602 or zombieverse, which i would be cool with either.
edit. You could probably do more with zombie spidey, given the whole "predatory" gameplay they could add to it, instead of saving ppl from thugs, they could have him prowling rooftops for his next meal
