More Stern on ASM is always a good thing. He should replace Gale and join the Webheads.
Weeks needs to be in the regular rotation of ASM artists, those previews look incredible.
And yes, why isn't Stern a "web head"?

Hmm....Uncle Rog seems to be hinting that, in order to take down this mysterious and powerful foe that took out the Juggernaut, Spider-Man will eventually form an uneasy alliance with Juggs in order to take this guy down. Which I must say, if that's the case, would make for a rather interesting "Marvel Team-Up"
Also, based on the way he talked about Carlie Cooper brings me back, once again, to a statement he once made about one of his ideas for Amazing Spider-Man that he hadn't gotten around to. Sounds to me like he's attempting to apply this to her.
Also of interest is the fact that it was actually Roger Stern's idea to introduce Mary Jane's troubled family history and that Tom Defalco was the one who just adopted the story based on Stern's outline. So for those who complain that MJ was made into a "happy on the outside, crying on the inside" character, now you know who to blame.![]()

I'm excited for this story, despite the fact that it promises to feature Carlie, who I don't really like.
It's Stern, and Spidey and Juggs, not to mention the art looks so great. Lee Weeks should definitely be drawing Spider-Man on a more regular basis.
So Stern is going to write at least one more issue of Amazing Spider-Man... why not let him write a double-sized 650th issue featuring the return of the Hob...... I'm getting excited!!
Also, that mini-series he's working on I'm guessing is the Avengers.

No, what I meant was that in the preview pic, where we see Juggernaut looking as though he's just crash-landed, could have occurred following Juggernaut's re-entry.
It was just conjecture on my part though, although some reference to how he gets back on Terra Firma may actually happen in the story.
