Maybe I'm completely wrong on this one but I think the title of this arc is a dead giveaway as to which Kravinoff they're gonna try to ressurect here.
I really, really dig Kelly's thoughts on the Kravinoffs and how Sasha doesn't seem able to understand what Sergei did at the end of KLH. Ana being this sort of prodigy that lost her way and went crazier because of her failure is also very interesting.
Edit: Oh Kirby. I think I even called that aspect of Sasha's character way back when! I'm secretly Joe Kelly in disguise!

sweet... just keeps getting better
Also. Spider-Man with the Swine Flu. Hah hah hah hah!
I wonder how serious that is, or if he's just 'sick'.
Thinking about it, I bet Sasha plans to resurrect Vladimir. Makes sense. As classicgmer pointed out, the title is kind of a giveaway. Maybe she wants an heir in power that she can control and still keep the Kravinoffs under her rein, rather than how she'd lose power if she brought Sergei himself back.

Yeah, pretty much the consensus for quite awhile has been the original Kraven the Hunter was going to be brought back from the dead as a result of this story. Or at least try to be brought back from the sound of it.
EDIT: Oh, yeah, the GRIM Hunter from the Clone Saga. I forgot about him.
Also, Peter going to get "swine flu?" Guess we still got to be "topically relevant."
Still, I imagine with Kelly's comment about "blood for blood" and what not that I think we're going to see the more "superfluous" spider-related characters killed off like, say, Scarlet Spider, Julia Carpenter, Madame Web, maybe even Kaine, while Arana, Spider-Woman (Jessica Drew), Anti-Venom survive. And I have a feeling Sasha Kravinoff will die as well, thus making Ana Kravinoff even more crazy and insane with revenge.

And I doubt they'd kill Scarlet Spider off since that's one of Gage's characters (Admittedly created by Slott) over in A:TI.

This sure is shaping up to be quite the Spidey story. I can't wait to see where Kelly and the Web-Heads go from here.

Oh, I know you want to see Kaine and Michelle Gonzales get together and make lots of babies, CyberBUT, considering how Kaine is dying, and that he was, essentially responsible for killing the Grim Hunter in the first place (if that's who is being brought back) it sounds like a story where they could eliminate him as he decides to go out in a blaze of glory. He might even kill Sasha with his "mark of Kaine" prior to that, as well.
Except "Avengers: The Initiative" is being canceled and rumored to be retooled as Avengers Academy after the Siege, so it's possible this could be a means for getting rid of that character. Then again, having him live would be a means of promoting that new series, I suppose.
