I'm pretty sure Diana would be able to handle the Balrog without too much drama, Mr Smith on the other hand...
Though Khan would just be a ridiculously amazing battle.

I'd like to see an Aliens vs. Wonder Woman movie.
I could see one of their ships crash landing on the island and making Alien-Amazon hybrids.

The Balrog would easily give Diana the most trouble--it's much more powerful than anything else on the list.
