'There are moments, Jeeves, when one asks oneself, "Do trousers matter?"'
'The mood will pass, sir.'
She and J'onn would have been interesting. *sniffles, cries over J'onn all over again*I think I'd rather see Diana with pretty much any male member of the JLA other than Bruce actually. Hal, or Aquaman, or a Flash maybe. Though all of them have pretty solid love interests already.
Now that's a controversial comics couple.I've decided that her best match is Steve Rogers. They'd compliment each other fairly perfectly I think.
And, unfortunately, this too.Don't think anything will ever be made of it though. Unfortunately I think it's too big of a change to actually have them in a relationship. You can put Storm/BP together but two of DC's icons in a relationship? Never happening. Not even for a short period of time.
Everything that keeps Bruce from having a lasting relationship with someone else is kind of made moot with Diana, and the clash between their respective worlds is too good to pass up.
And I'd also like to see what would happen to Gotham and its criminal element if WW made a habit of showing up in town.
"This is a ghost story, Zatanna. Ghosts will understand."
Selina is a perfect fit for Bruce. Plus, with him possibly being a daddy they should finally get and stay together.
I can see them being attracted to each other.
Though I think Selina is a better match for Bruce.
Supes and WW makes sense, anyone that has seen Mallrats knows the reason.
It seems to me that they just pull a Captain Picard/Beverly Crusher move and keep it so they have feelings for each other but they both know that it'd interfere with their lives to the point that they just shouldn't do anything about it.
Then again this romance has been building since the Morrison JLA era at the very least so most likely something will be done about it by the writers and it'll probably be completely out of character for either of them.
Wasn't that done by Joe Kelly and resolved?
And Rucka who wrote Bruce like an a-hole in his run suddenly throws him into a WW book as WW lover when the chick was about to make kids with Nemesis?
Talk about jumping the shark. But tell Wondy park her plane behind Catwoman, Talia and Zatanna . Cause we know those 3 will be "welcoming" Bruce too.
It'd be interesting, but I don't see it as a long standing relationship.
I would really like to know how many of the people saying no have ever read the issues in JLA where they were together? For those saying they don't think they wouldn't have chemistry, they need to go read those issues to see that, yes, they do have STRONG chemistry.
Libaax: (Grant Morrison) is so fresh, a god of superhero comics and (you should) worship his world of Batman.
Don't really care. don't think it will go anywhere that far. In my mind Bruce loves Selina and vis versa. Just but blah blah blah, batman in the way, sort of the same as the ending of Batman Begins.
