Flat out a great decision by Diane to have this team - think about that. A corporate suit made an informed and thoughtful decision on how to run a comic division. Amazing. Glad it was a woman too - help break up the old boy club a bit.

As long as Didio is out of a creative role I'm OK with him staying on, it does seem that people in DC like him (for some reason). Lee, the veteran, has a two decade record showing his business acumen, and Johns is a creative juggernaut.

I'm glad to hear about integration into other mediums - TV, Internet, Film. DC for too long has mismanaged this aspect of their business.

    Thumbs up

Smart Movie, Especially Geoff Johns, one i don,t think any one is as loved and respected right now in comics more than Johns. He puts fans at ease and it makes it hard to really jeer any part of this movie. Dan Didio is a fine man and has done well. Jim Lee is one hell of a artist, and I'm sure, a swell executive. I'm sure DC will be fine. These guys are great for these new titles and this news has given DC a much needed punch.

But i would be remiss if i did not mention two things.
    1) I hope Geoff and Jim Still Do a Run on Justice League of America.

    2) It would have been nice to see Marvel and DC Trade Talent for a while. It would have been cool to see Geoff back on Avengers and Jim Lee do an X-Men Story.

I'm not a DC or Marvel guy i just love comics i wish both companies would just put out good stuff for me to buy and enjoy. I am happy for these guys seeing them get this respect is great for me as a fan. And this just means we are in for some great comic books. I'm now ten times for exited to be buying Justice league and all the other DC comics i get from time to time.

    Great Move.
