The Rocketeer book was absolutely fantastic, and the Starstruck series is gorgeous.
Another Star Trek mini I'm down for....got Mccoy #1 today and, for an impulse buy, decided to check out #1 of the book by Michael Chiklis.
Pull List; seems to be too long to fit in my sig...
i have to recomend kill shakespeare to everyone, as it is an awesome comic
I came very close to getting that based solely on the title. The ads for it in my other books made me regret not getting it; I probably will grab 1 if there are still any copies next time I'm there. Does any one know what, if any, other books that writer has dine? The name didn't ring any bells.

this is their first comic. there are two writers. i met them yesterday at my lcs where they were doing a signing ( as it turns out its also their lcs) nice guys, and they seem to know their stuff. i didnt like the cbr review becuase the reviewer seemed to have gone it with his mind made up already before reading it. i found it much like fables and league of extraordinary gentlemen ( which they compare themselves to on the back of the issue) in the sense that they examine the stories but also look at them differently. fables makes changes to the fairytales and lxg made changes to the stories, its only fair that kill shakespeare should be able to do the same.
they also mentioned that when they talked to bill willingham he jokingly told them they had to hurry with the comic or he would steal their idea, and they mentioned wanting to get him to write the introduction to the first trade when it comes out.
No one responds to street art anymore.
People tend to respond to things like loaded guns in their faces.
That and celebrity spokesmodels.
Ijust wanted to pop in and mention how much I enjoy Alex Milne's work on Transformers.![]()

In regards to IDW and the iPad - does anyone happen to know how soon their new releases are available in the digital format?
