Let's just get this out of the way right now (scroll to the third legend).
Three pictures of She-Ra, and you didn't manage to get even one of the cartoon-based head?
[And I'm pretty sure that's Black MANTA, not Black Mask...]

I just think it's cool that they're doing a '90s style Superboy. I know it's dated, but that's still what I picture Superboy looking like when I think of him.
I am all over the new Mego style figures. I've been waiting a loooong time for my childhood fav's to finally come back! If they were to release an updated Supergirl and Wonder Woman I'd lose it.
"You are here for a reason! Now...I don't know what reason...whose reason...but there's one thing I do know...It ain't to score touchdowns!"
"tyr" from the Super Powers collection isn't actualy in R.E.B.E.L.S.
Tyr was a villian from Legion of Super Heroes, while in R.E.B.E.L.S. the character is Amon Hakk
However in the current series Amon Hakk, did initially wear a "blaster arm" albiet temporarily, possibly as a homage to Tyr
...so let me get this straight.
Justice League Unlimited gets canceled because there's some sort of Logan's Run rule where a children's cartoon can't run for more than five years, because it just can't sell toys after that...
...and here we are, FIVE YEARS LATER, and they're STILL SELLING TOYS.
And none of that "Weeeeell, Superman and Batman will ALWAYS sell" crap. They're selling Big Barda and Katma Tui.
Plus, you know, Batman characters who weren't even allowed on the series.
Meanwhile, Timm tells us DC has no interest in revisiting the DC Animated Universe, preferring the DC Universe direct-to-videos -- most of which have been notable only for their mediocrity. (Although, credit where it's due, New Frontier was absolutely fantastic. And none of them are anywhere near as bad as Brainiac Attacks.)
There's not really any point to any of this, other than "Warner's decisions don't always make very much sense" and "I sure wish JLU was still on."
Excellent, I loved this article, who's TJ Dietsch is he on the boards?
By the way Ron at actionfigurepics.com interviewed Scott Neitlich who works for Mattel (Associate Brand Manager): http://www.actionfigurepics.com/2010...1#comment-1590
That is part II, he also has a part I but II is more to the point.
I also posted it on my blog when I wrote about Mattel on DC Universe Classics, Masters of the Universe and others, mentioning this article.
A child of the '70s, I loved Mego's World's Greatest Super Heroes line. To see DC bringing them back is awesome! Why, oh why, has Marvel not jumped on the Retro Action Hero bandwagon? I must have Spider-Man and Captain America with my Superman and Batman!
Are you guy gonna jinx this too with your coverage?
DCUC is in a nosedive and Masters Classics is plenty hard to order each month, yet the lemmings eat it up like no one's business.
Why not plaster so more Marvel coverage on that front page from the money yer shovin' to Joey Q. and his commie Obama pals?
This is not a reprint of Masters of the Universe #1 but of the supplement that was included in several regular series (i.e. "Wonder Woman"). It's the second MotU/Superman crossover.
Klatuu... barada *cough* *cough*
