This scenario retroactively goes back in time and just changes it so Kishimoto up and decides to make Naruto but with everyone the opposite gender as we know them.
Same story, personality, everything. Just opposite sex everywhere.
How does that change people's reaction to it?

Instead of ho-yay, Naruto and Sasuke's interactions become les-yay. Also, Sakura's abuse of Naruto is seen as less 'comical' and more 'felony assault'.

Haku in this one would be more of a tomboy. It's a toss up on if a female Zabuza would be just as popular as the male one
The sexy jitsu would be less appealing.
