Which Marvel Superheroes Are GLBT Allies?

Now this is a thread i'd much more prefer to read.

Which of the Marvel Superheroes go beyond "tolerance" and even "acceptance" ? Which ones are so supportive of our lives that they'd attend a rally with us, hand in hand? Who would refuse to get legally married until everyone had the right?

Again...i am not talking about those who may be "ok" with it or "not care one way or the other".

i am talking about heroes who do care. Who are they???

I agree Cap would probably be a supporter. He's all about human and civil rights.

I would imagine the Great Lakes Avengers are very supportive, what with Flat Man being out and Squirrel Girl being awesome.

Hmmm...Oddly enough, Nick Fury once said that SHIELD was a lot like the Pentagon, except that they "don't give gays any grief" which to mean seems to imply that under his tenure was above Don't Ask, Don't Tell.

In particular, i would like to say the Young Avengers, the Runaways, most of the X-Men and the mutant community as a whole, the GLA, and Captain America. But in general, I think most of the major heroes would want to show their support for Gay rights. Barring any specific conflict (i.e. unshakable religious beliefs) I would imagine that supporting the GLBT community would be an equivalently heroic moral imperative in the MU as it is in the real world.
